CDL Class A Truck Driver

We are looking for motivated drivers to haul timber, logs, and wood products safely across Northern Minnesota and surrounding regions. We offer top pay, well-maintained equipment for company drivers, and flexible, profitable arrangements for owner-operators.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and haul timber/log trailers or flatbeds in varying weather and off-road conditions (woods, trail roads, highway).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections daily.
• Properly secure, verify, and document loads in compliance with DOT and state logging weight regulations.
• Coordinate efficiently with loaders, site supervisors, and dispatch.
• Maintain clean driving logs, maintenance records, and paperwork.

Positions Available & Compensation

Option A: Company Driver

• Equipment: Modern, well-maintained company trucks and log trailers provided.
• Requirements: Valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Benefits: Competitive hourly/percentage-based pay, steady local work, home daily, and safe equipment.

Option B: Owner Operator

• Equipment: Must provide your own Class A truck suitable for heavy-haul/logging applications.
• Compensation: Highly competitive gross revenue share/haul rate.
• Benefits: High volume of steady work, prompt settlement payments, flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• License: Current, valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL Class A) with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of Class A driving experience (logging, heavy haul, or off-road commercial driving experience highly preferred).
• Medical: Current DOT Medical Card.
• Skills: Strong understanding of load distribution, strapping/chaining procedures, and navigating rural timber terrain.
• Attributes: Reliable, punctual, safety-focused, and capable of working independently.
