Scot Heller Trucking Company Inc. is looking for a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class B Dump Truck Driver to join our team in the Kansas City area.

The ideal candidate has experience hauling construction materials and understands the importance of safety, communication, and professionalism on every job site.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a CDL Class B dump truck while following all DOT regulations and company safety standards
• Transport construction materials including asphalt, sand, rock, gravel, and other materials to job sites
• Load, unload, and properly secure materials while maintaining safe weight distribution
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely
• Maintain accurate driver logs, delivery records, and required documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and job site personnel
• Follow assigned routes and complete deliveries efficiently and on schedule
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class B license required
• Previous dump truck or construction hauling experience preferred
• Clean driving record preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe commercial vehicle operation
• Ability to safely operate around construction sites and heavy equipment
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to communicate professionally with team members and customers
