CDL Class Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Transport goods to various locations in a timely manner, maintaining delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate logistics.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Assist with loading and unloading cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling of goods.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
• Ability to operate various types of commercial vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
