Reybold is a growing construction and property management company located in Bear, DE. We are currently seeking an experienced CDL Dump Truck Driver for our Site Construction Department. In this role you are responsible for safely and efficiently operating heavy, over the road trucks for the purpose of transporting and distributing material and equipment related to construction operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform all work safely in compliance with company policies as well as Local, State, and Federal Law
  • Obtain material and haul material to designated location
  • Perform daily inspections on assigned equipment
  • Maintain accurate logs
  • Ensure equipment is clean and well maintained
  • Be in DOT Compliance at all times

Additional Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a safe work environment
  • Maintain a clean driving record

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years experience as a commercial driver
  • 3 years operating tri-axle vehicles
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A or B)
  • Safe driving record

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand for extended periods on the rear of the paver.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in high-heat environments around hot asphalt.
  • Ability to climb on and off equipment safely.

Work Environment

Construction CDL Dump Truck Drivers work in nearly every weather condition, although rain or

extremely cold weather can stop some types of construction. Workers often get dirty, greasy,

muddy, or dusty. Some operators work in locations on large construction projects, such as highways and dams
