About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and skilled CDL Driver to join our client's team in the logistics sector. In this role, you will contribute to transporting materials safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining vehicle compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials by the time scheduled by your supervisor.
• Validate directions and ensure material is properly secured and within weight limits.
• Unload or assist in unloading material as required and obtain customer signatures.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any vehicle issues.
• Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations.
• Assist in warehouse operations as necessary.
• Represent the company in a professional manner, ensuring quality customer service.

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License.
• At least one year of experience driving the class of vehicles assigned.
• Must be 21 years or older and provide proof of county-issued self-certification designation of non-excepted interstate.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Experience with in-cab video monitoring systems.
• Proficiency in using a smartphone/tablet for completing daily inspections and route tracking.
