Class A CDL Driver

Advance Services has immediate openings for CDL Drivers for a local Grand Island Company! We are seeking an experienced driver who can be dedicated to the safety of their team while working in Residential and Commercial settings.

Job Duties:

• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections; complete and submit driver inspection reports at end of each shift.
• Submit a maintenance request for any repair items.
• Operate trucks to haul demolition debris, metal, block, dirt, etc., from jobsite to various locations.
• Operate all trucks in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations and company guidelines to keep the public safe.
• Maintain a clean job site, pick up tools, equipment, and debris, and secure the job site at the end of each shift.
• Trucks must be properly serviced, cleaned, and maintained daily.
• Communicate well with other drivers, operators, laborers, and office personnel to keep them up to date on what is happening in the field.
• Using excellent customer service skills, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees, officials, and all members of the general public.
• Other duties as assigned, including light maintenance, removal of debris less than 40 pounds, cleaning of the truck or immediate area.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, some weekends as needed

7:00 am to 5:00 pm

Wage

$22-$25/hr DOE
