Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and experienced Truck Driver to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a safety-focused professional who takes pride in on-time deliveries, excellent customer service, and well-maintained equipment. You will be responsible for delivering refrigerated products to grocery stores while ensuring cargo integrity, compliance, and efficiency at every stop.

Key Responsibilities
· Safely operate a 26 ft refrigerated box truck for scheduled deliveries.
· Deliver products to grocery store locations accurately and on time.
· Load and unload products while maintaining cargo quality.
· Complete delivery paperwork and documentation per company policy.
· Perform daily vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
· Update delivery status in real time using company systems.
· Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.
· Must Adhere to federal safety regulations set by the FMCSA and Department of Transportation (DOT).
Requirements & Qualifications
· Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL).
· Proven experience in delivery driving, trucking, or related field.
· Clean driving record (required).
· Ability to remain calm, professional, and focused in traffic or high-pressure situations.
· Physically capable of lifting heavy items and performing loading/unloading tasks.
· Friendly, soft-spoken, and customer-service oriented.
· Strong time-management and deadline-driven mindset.
· Must successfully pass a drug test.
· Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Home Time & Travel
- 3 days of out-station travel per week.
- Overnight allowance paid in addition to regular pay.
