CDL Driver

As a delivery driver, you will be working with our construction team to pick up and deliver materials needed on job sites. Additionally, you will help perform general building maintenance, as needed. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Compensation

• $23.00/ hour, paid weekly

Job Duties

• Deliver materials to commercial construction job sites. Materials can include HVAC equipment, duct, fabricated sheetmetal, tools, piping/plumbing and more
• Load and unload materials on trailers, flatbeds and operate company vehicles
• You will be working around commercial construction sites, understanding of safety procedures is important
• Receive incoming materials using computers/iPads.
• Perform general facilities maintenance on office building and grounds maintenance including operating a lawnmower, weed eater, pressure washing machine and use of hand tools
• Operate forklift, as needed
• Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and comfortable lift up to 50lbs

Requirements

• Class "A" CDL License
• Medical Card (company will provide, if needed)
• Ability to travel to and from FL, GA, MS and AL to pick up and deliver materials
• Ability to deliver materials to commercial jobsites and military bases
• Assist with warehouse duties including receiving materials and facilities maintenance
• Able to use company electronics - computers and iPads
• OSHA 10 hour (company will provide, if needed)

Additional Requirements

• Ability to pass drug screening, background screening and MVR (motor vehicle records) check.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends, as needed.
