Responsibilities

• Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and deliveries.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding deliveries and schedules.
• Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any concerns or questions from clients.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance driving skills and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid Medical DOT Card
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in a commercial setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal and state transportation regulations.
• Ability to operate various types of commercial vehicles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads as needed.
