JOB DESCRIPTION
CDL Class A Drivers – OTR (Flatbed, Dry Van, DOD & Life Sciences Divisions)
We accept drivers nationwide and are looking to bring on Class A drivers to join our fleet.
Requirements:
· Class A CDL required for tractor-trailers (Class A or B for straight trucks)
· Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience or ELDT certificate (new drivers)
· Minimum 12 months verifiable flatbed experience (for flatbed roles)
· Must be 21 years or older
· Clean driving record and good work history
· Must pass drug screen and physical
Compensation & Work:
· Weekly pay: 30% of completed loads based on weekly freight volume (paid every Friday)
· OTR routes primarily in the Northeast & Southeast USA
· Freight: General cargo & freight
· Equipment: 2019/2020 Kenworth T680 trucks
DOD / Government Division Requirements:
· U.S. Citizen (born or naturalized)
· Hazmat Endorsement
· Team drivers only
· Clear criminal background (no arrests in the last 5 years, no felonies at any time)
· Clean financials (no bankruptcies or foreclosures in the last 3 years, no unaddressed back taxes or child support)
· Minimum 6 months OTR experience
· Six months with the same co-driver preferred
Life Sciences Division Requirements:
· Team drivers only
· Hazmat endorsement may open access to more loads
· Must be comfortable with reefer trailers
· Short-haul customer lanes (all miles paid RPM)
