CDL Driver Outreach Representative – Applicant Engagement & Recruiting Follow-Up

Truck Driver Nation is seeking a CDL Driver Outreach Representative to communicate with professional drivers who have expressed interest in available trucking opportunities.

This position focuses on candidate engagement. The goal is to establish professional contact, understand what the driver is looking for, and determine whether the candidate should advance through the recruiting process.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Contact CDL driver applicants and recruiting leads

• Respond to candidates requesting information about available positions

• Ask preliminary questions regarding CDL status and driving experience

• Learn driver preferences for routes, equipment, home time, and position type

• Record candidate responses and recruiting activity

• Schedule qualified drivers for appropriate next steps

• Follow up with interested candidates who require additional contact

• Maintain professional communication throughout the process

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

This position may fit someone with experience in customer service, recruiting, transportation, sales, or other communication-focused work.

Successful candidates should have:

• Strong phone and written communication skills

• Professional and respectful candidate interaction

• Ability to follow an established recruiting process

• Good organization and recordkeeping

• Comfortable use of computers and online systems

• Ability to manage multiple candidate conversations

• Dependable follow-through

Knowledge of CDL trucking is helpful, but the ability to communicate effectively with professional drivers is especially important.

POSITION INFORMATION

Compensation, schedule, classification, and performance expectations will be provided for the applicable opening before acceptance.
