Our services support the entire community, with a special focus on seniors, individuals with disabilities, and low-income residents - helping them remain active and independent.This is more than a driving job. It's a people-first role that requires patience, professionalism, and heart.What You'll Do:Operate a range of vehicles including cars, minivans, transit vans, and cutaway buses (up to 33 passengers)Safely transport passengers to and from appointments, work, and daily activitiesAssist and secure clients who use mobility devices (vehicles equipped with lifts)Ensure passenger safety and comfort at all timesProvide exceptional service to riders of all backgroundsSchedule:Monday through FridayShifts ranging from 5:00 AM - 9:00 PMEarly start availability preferred (as early as 4:00 AM)Occasional weekends as neededWhat We're Looking For:Minimum Class C CDL with "P" endorsementClean driving recordAbility to pass DOT drug and alcohol screeningValid CDL medical card (or ability to obtain one)Availability to work 5 days per weekA team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skillsSensitivity and professionalism when working with seniors and individuals with disabilitiesCompensation & Benefits:Starting pay from $21.00 per hour401(k) with company matchingPaid time offFull-time and part-time opportunities availableIn-person work environmentIf you're ready to use your skills to serve others and want to be part of a mission-driven team that values compassion, reliability, and community impact - we would love to hear from you.Drive with purpose.
