About the Role:
Seven Lakes Contracting & Asphalt is looking for a skilled and dependable CDL Driver to join our hardworking team in West End, NC. Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport asphalt, materials, and equipment to and from job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance
• Coordinate with site supervisors and crew to ensure timely material delivery
• Maintain accurate driving logs and documentation in accordance with DOT regulations
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed on job sites
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned commercial vehicle

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) — Class A or B required
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to road safety
• Experience operating dump trucks, tandem axle trucks, or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service (HOS) compliance
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions on active construction sites
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
