Who would be a good fit?
This position is perfect for someone who has another job at night and wants to earn extra money working some hours during the daytime. It is also perfect for someone who is retired and wants to share the knowledge they gained while in the trucking business with our students who need a CDL license.
Responsibilities:
- Train students in all areas of trucking/driving
- Administer written tests on classroom material and evaluate grades
- Conduct pre-trip inspections
- Conduct maneuvering range instruction
- Demonstrate physical ability to perform duties for over the road training
- Conduct in classroom lessons
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess a valid CDL Class A license
- Minimum of three years of Class A driving experience
- Excellent driving record and background.
- Computer skills.
Compensation:
- $35.00 per hour
