    Summary

    It is the responsibility of the CDL License Driver to be directly responsible for the transportation of loads and unloads of freight and in and out of warehouse facilities. This role is responsible for the timely movement of equipment to and from warehouse to events for the purpose of flawless execution. This position requires strong driving and coordination skills. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain a clean driving record.
    • Comply with all DOT requirements and procedures.
    • Ensure timely pick-up and delivery of all assigned work.
    • Communicate with warehouse and event staff all transportation movements in accordance established policies and procedures.
    • Complete all required paperwork in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    • Assist in training/development, and staffing of staff.
    • Ensure sound safety and risk policies and procedures through assigned areas.
    • Check drivers in and out of warehouse in accordance with operational policies and procedures.
    • Provide recommendations on capital expenditure and planning.
    • Drive teamwork and communication between all warehouse operations.
    • Assists other department heads as needed.
    • Driver is required to drop and hook multiple times daily with multiple trailers
    • Must be able to secure loads as needed strapping with rachet straps
    • Assist with loading and unloading when needed
    • EQ on wheels keeping safety in mind for safe transportation to and from locations
    • Manual stick shift standard as a plus but not required
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Education & Experience

    • High School diploma or equivalency.

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    • Valid Class A CDL license in good standing.
    • No E restriction on license. Must be able to operate a manual transmission.

    Travel Requirements

    Travel up to 25%
