We read the land, control powerful equipment, solve problems in real time, and turn a raw piece of ground into something ready for foundations, utilities, roads, drainage, and finished work.
We’re looking for a CDL licensed driver who takes pride in clean cuts, smooth grades, safe trenches, efficient production, and a jobsite that’s ready for the next crew. This is hands-on, high-skill work for someone who likes operating equipment, visible results, and being a key part of the build from day one.
If you're the right person for our team, you'll take pride in precision. You'll know the difference between moving dirt and building a site. You can read grade, think ahead, work safely around people and utilities, and leave behind work that makes the next phase easier.
Key Duties:
Perform precise trenching for utilities, drainage, footings, and site infrastructure.
Shape sites to proper elevations, drainage patterns, and finished grade requirements.
And Work with the site lead to plan efficient production, solve field conditions, and keep the job moving safely.
