What You'll Do as a CDL Shuttle Driver

As a CDL Shuttle Driver, you will:

• Safely transport passengers along designated routes and schedules
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
• Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and mobility needs when necessary
• Operate wheelchair lifts, ramps, and other accessibility equipment safely
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized, and service-ready vehicle
• Adhere to DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and operations staff
• Monitor road and weather conditions to ensure safe operation
• Provide passengers with a comfortable, dependable, and positive transportation experience
• Adapt to route adjustments and service changes as operational needs evolve

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Passenger (P) Endorsement required
• Strong commitment to safety and responsible vehicle operation
• Clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional, dependable, and punctual work ethic
• Ability to remain calm and adaptable in changing situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience operating shuttle buses, transit vehicles, or other passenger transportation vehicles
• Experience working directly with customers in a transportation or service environment
