Position Summary
Our Client has an opportunity for a dependable Roll Off CDL Driver to support transportation and hauling operations. This position is responsible for the safe delivery, pickup, and transportation of roll off containers while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Responsibilities
• Operate roll off trucks safely and efficiently
• Deliver and pick up roll off containers at customer and project locations
• Conduct pre trip and post trip vehicle inspections
• Complete required driver logs and documentation
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned equipment
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Report maintenance, equipment, or safety concerns promptly
• Assist with additional transportation and hauling duties as needed
Qualifications
• Valid CDL Class A or Class B license
• Current Medical Examiner's Certificate
• Safe driving record
• Previous experience operating commercial vehicles, roll off trucks, dump trucks, construction equipment transportation, waste hauling, or related equipment is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned routes
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service
Physical Requirements
• Ability to climb in and out of trucks and equipment throughout the workday
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections
• Ability to secure loads and equipment when required
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
