Position Requirements

For equipment operator positions, candidates must have:

• Experience operating compact skid steers
• Experience establishing subgrades and performing finish grading using grading lasers
• Knowledge of subgrading, finish grading, septic systems, sewer work, drainage, and water utility work
• Ability to read and implement grading and site utility plans
• A Massachusetts Hoisting License
• A valid Massachusetts driver#39;s license
• Additional equipment experience is a plus
• Experience with total stations is a plus
