C&E Facility Assistant Position Position Overview: Supply support to all athletic events. Essential Duties: · Open/close main facility and support buildings (restrooms, press box, ticket booth, training room) · Enforce facility policies and regulations · Maintain clean and presentable facility for all participants, guests; maintain neat equipment storage · Assist with setup, tear down or moving of equipment (tables, chairs, benches, goals) · Delivery, setup, and tear-down of AV and other equipment; scoreboard operation · Communicate regularly via shift report to supervisor and follow University security measures · Welcome guests and other visitors; answer questions and make appropriate referrals; act as ambassador to the conference/event guests for Conference & Event Services Work Experience: · Customer service. · Strong verbal communication skills. · Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, including tables and chairs. · Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. · Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to follow instructions accurately. · Strong problem solver who takes initiative.
