Key Responsibilities- Deliver coordinated nursing care for individual patients or an assigned patient group in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines and departments
- Apply critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment in clinical decision-making
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Prior acute care facility experience
