CPACKids Musical Theater program at the Cedarburg Performing Arts Center is committed to fostering creativity, confidence, and artistic growth in young performers through high-quality musical theater experiences. We are seeking a thoughtful and energetic individual to take on the role of Cast Liaison for our CPACKids Musical Theater.
This person will care for each child, ensure their safety, be present & get to know each child. The Cast Liaison acts as an advocate for the entire cast and each child while helping them to embrace their strengths and gain confidence to shine on stage.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

SCHEDULE
This position is approx 20 hours a week Monday through Thursday for 5 weeks during the summer with one Friday evening and Saturday afternoon for performances. Please see the production schedule for scheduled days and times.

All staff are asked to arrive 30 minutes before actors arrive each day and stay 15-30 minutes after actors are dismissed.
There will be occasional paid team meetings. Participation in team meetings is required. You will receive advance notice when these meetings need to be and meetings will be scheduled around team availability.
Casting takes place after actor auditions. The CPACKids staff complete casting together. While the Cast Liaison is not required to participate in casting the show, it is a fun team building experience and we strongly encourage them to participate.
To accept the position, candidates must be available for all tech week rehearsals, both performances, strike and cast party.
Start date based on candidate availability. Ideally, candidate is available for an in-person or virtual pre-production meeting TBD mid May and available to attend an in-person production kick off meeting TBD week of June 15-18th.
