Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly motivated, hands‑on Cell Engineering Technician to support battery cell component preparation and prototype lithium‑ion cell fabrication within an R&D laboratory environment. This role will be part of a second‑shift cell development team focused on dry electrode process optimization and lithium‑ion battery development.The ideal candidate has prior experience in a manufacturing or R&D lab setting, is comfortable working in a moisture‑controlled dry room, and can take direction from engineers while supporting multiple tasks and projects.
