Cell Leader

Job Description
The Cell Leader - Molding is responsible for supporting daily molding production by ensuring workstations are properly stocked, production equipment is set up and operating efficiently, and finished products meet established quality standards. This position works closely with Packers, Machine Operators, Quality Inspectors, Mold Technicians, and Shift Supervisors to maintain consistent production throughout the shift. Responsibilities include supplying packaging materials, setting up and maintaining equipment such as sealers, tape dispensers, grinders, scales, and inspection lights, providing machine coverage during breaks, inspecting molded products for defects, completing required in-process quality documentation, counting and packaging finished products, labeling and palletizing completed orders, moving raw materials and finished goods using appropriate material-handling equipment, assisting with training new employees, and maintaining a clean and organized production area.
