What You Will Do:

  • Operate and monitor multiple machines and workstations within an assigned production cell
  • Perform machine setups, adjustments, and minor maintenance to keep production flowing
  • Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
  • Load and unload materials and components safely and efficiently
  • Complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Identify and report equipment or quality issues while assisting with troubleshooting
  • Cross-train on multiple operations within the production cell
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment using 5S principles
  • Work closely with teammates to achieve daily production and quality goals

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Six months of manufacturing experience is preferred, but motivated individuals are encouraged to apply
  • Ability to read work instructions, blueprints, and use basic measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn new equipment and grow your manufacturing skills
