    Clinical Research Oncologist Opportunities HonorHealth Research Institute (HRI)

    Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

    HRI Overview:

    • Part of a six-hospital integrated healthcare system in the Phoenix metro area.

    • Offers cutting-edge, community-based oncology clinical trials.

    • Affiliated with HonorHealth Cancer Care, serving 1/3 of newly diagnosed cancer patients in Phoenix.

    • Focused on early-phase (Phase 1) trials and innovative therapies.

    • Collaborates with TGen, University of Arizona, ASU, and others.

    Available Oncologist Research Positions:
    1. Melanoma/Solid Tumor Cellular Therapy

      • Focus on advanced cutaneous malignancies, especially uveal/ocular melanoma.

      • Involvement in Phase 1 & 2 trials and cellular/bispecific antibody therapies.

    2. Pancreatic Cancer Program

      • Includes early detection and treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer.

      • Active participant in the PANCAN Precision Promise Consortium.

      • Opportunity to lead pancreas cancer initiatives in a multidisciplinary team.

    3. Womens Cancer Drug Development

      • Lead and grow Phase 2 & 3 programs for breast and gynecologic cancers.

      • Expand Phase 1 research for relapsed/refractory diseases.

    4. Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT)/Cellular Therapies

      • Support BMT unit (100+ allogenic transplants/year) in offering cellular therapies.

      • Engage in research for both solid and hematologic malignancies.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage clinical trials and translational research.

    • Collaborate with academic and industry partners.

    • Evaluate patient eligibility and follow GCP/FDA guidelines.

    • Publish findings and present at conferences.

    • Engage with the broader HonorHealth Cancer Care network.
