Schedule:15 days on / 6 days off
Job SummaryThe client is seeking a Cementing Bulk Plant Operator to safely blend, mix, load, and manage bulk cement products for wellsite operations. This role is responsible for bulk plant operations, inventory management, quality control, equipment inspections, and maintaining compliance with HSE and company standards. The ideal candidate has experience in bulk plant, warehouse, manufacturing, or oil & gas operations and is committed to safety and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in bulk plant, cementing, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or oil & gas operations
- Ability to blend and mix bulk materials
- Inventory control and shipping/receiving experience
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Equipment inspection and preventive maintenance
- Ability to complete paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Ability to work a 15/6 rotation and in outdoor industrial environments
