About the Role
As a Cemetery Sales Professional, you will guide families through pre-planning and at-need arrangements, offering burial, mausoleum, and cremation options that meet their personal wishes. This position blends mission-driven service with the earning potential of a professional sales career.
What You’ll Do - Provide caring, informative assistance to families exploring cemetery and memorialization options
- Conduct tours of cemetery property, mausoleums, and available spaces
- Develop leads through outreach, community engagement, and follow-up communication
- Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline
- Represent Green Lawn with professionalism, empathy, and integrity

- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required—training provided

Pay: When meeting sales goals, counselors are expected to earn between $60,000.00-$100,000 per year. Pay is hourly plus commissions Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend rotations License/Certification: Clean background to obtain cemetery sales license (OH)
