Position Overview:
Role: Center Director Location: Anchorage, Alaska Type: Full-time, year-round, non-exempt position In-Person Position: Remote work not available Starting Salary:
Bachelors Degree: $33.72 per hour Graduate Degree: $37.10 per hour

Responsibilities:
Support teachers and assistant teachers in their professional development, modeling effective teaching practices, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and procedures. Create and maintain a supportive and welcoming environment in classrooms every day. Foster a sense of belonging and safety for staff, families, and children, promoting a positive community atmosphere.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in early childhood education or a closely related field is required. Leadership experience in early childhood education or a related field is required. Strong commitment to the mission of early childhood education and promoting positive child outcomes. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
