Marketing & Enrollment- Primary Focus

• Grow enrollment and generate new leads.

• Conduct tours and follow up with prospective families.

• Build relationships with families and the local community.

• Support social media, referrals, events, and marketing efforts.

• Track enrollment goals and bring new ideas for growth.

Center Leadership & Operations

• Partner with the Co-Director to support daily center operations.

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and team development.

• Maintain licensing, safety, and company standards.

• Support teachers, families, and overall center quality.

• Help ensure strong enrollment, retention, and family satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Early Childhood Education and/or childcare leadership experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Sales- and results-oriented with a passion for growing enrollment.

• Comfortable conducting tours and connecting with families.

• Creative, organized, energetic, and collaborative.

Qualifications

• Meet New Jersey Center Director licensing requirements.

• Required education and ECE credentials.

• Successful completion of required background checks.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
