About the Role:
Join INNOVATION FOR BRIGHT FUTURES LLC as a Center Director in Miami, FL, where you will lead a dynamic team dedicated to fostering growth and development in our community. This is an exciting opportunity to shape programs that empower individuals and drive positive change.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all participants.
- Develop and implement innovative programs that meet the needs of the community.
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff to enhance their professional growth and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
- Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize program impact.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Promote the center through effective marketing and outreach strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of community needs and resources.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
- Passion for community service and making a difference.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
