Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all participants.
  • Develop and implement innovative programs that meet the needs of the community.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage staff to enhance their professional growth and performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maximize program impact.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Promote the center through effective marketing and outreach strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of community needs and resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
  • Passion for community service and making a difference.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
