    What You'll Do

    • Provide exceptional patient care using established evidence-based protocols
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3–4 clinical staff members
    • Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain laboratory compliance
    • Partner closely with the Physician Medical Director to deliver outstanding patient outcomes
    • Foster a positive, patient-centered culture while driving clinic performance

    Qualifications

    Required

    • Active Colorado Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN/NP) license
    • Current DEA registration
    • Minimum of one year of clinical experience
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

    Preferred

    • Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), men's health, wellness, weight management, endocrinology, or primary care

    Schedule

    • Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    • Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    • Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    • Two Saturdays required during months with five Saturdays (paid)

    Training

    Your success is important to us. You'll receive two consecutive weeks of paid training (Monday–Friday) to ensure you're fully prepared to lead your clinic with confidence.
