Here’s What We’re Looking For:
Full time position, ability to work nights and weekend
1+ years of center manager experience in related field OR 3+ years supervisory experience in a sales driven company
Ability to handle managerial functions
A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
Ability to achieve results through others
Ability to manage budget within guidelines based on center’s trend and projection
Understanding of market trends and activities
Ability to problem solve and work through issues
Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction
Ability to evolve with changing environment
Passion to support and represent the EWC value
Experience with Zenoti is preferred but not required
