Responsibilities - Lead technical execution, mentorship, and career development support for engineering staff. - Define program requirements into actionable engineering tasks, timelines, resource plans, and project milestones. - Develop, test, debug, document, and sustain specialized software solutions for 959 systems and related defense platforms. - Implement automation scripts and tools that improve system performance, data acquisition, and customer outcomes. - Ensure project delivery aligns with quality, schedule, security, compliance, and customer requirements. - Collaborate with engineering teams, program leadership, and customers to provide status updates, risk assessments, training, and technical support. - Manage SAP project tracking, schedules, timesheets, PTO reviews, and operational barriers impacting team performance. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Experience supporting MVG 959 systems or similar defense platforms, including specialized software solutions in regulated environments. - Proficiency in C/C++, Python, PowerShell, or .NET for software development, automation, testing, and troubleshooting. - Experience with the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, debugging, documentation, integration, and deployment. - Strong understanding of antenna measurement workflows, especially MVG 959 Spectrum software for near -field measurements, 3D radiation pattern analysis, and automated data acquisition for mm -wave devices. - Ability to work effectively in fast -paced, customer -facing office, lab, and customer -site environments with approximately 25% domestic and international travel. - Must qualify as a U.S. Person for ITAR/EAR export control compliance, including U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee status.
