Eaton's IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Centerless Grinder Training Program - 1st shift to join our team in Rumford, RI!
The hourly rate for this position is $25.26 per hour.

The Rumford, RI facility is a unionized location. There is a 60 day probationary period, after which you will be considered a union member and begin paying union dues.
What you'll do:
Training program participants will train to operate the Centerless Grinder over the course of 6 months. The starting rate is $25.26, increasing to $30.79 upon successful completion of the training program.
Initial training for this position will be conducted on 1st shift, 7am-3pm.
The Centerless Grinder Operator is responsible for setting up and operating centerless grinders to perform external grinding on seal cups, seal housings, and welding electrodes. This role also includes operating spot welders and manual polishers, as well as performing utility operator duties in the machine seals assembly area as needed.
