Summary

The Opportunity

Central Hotel Services is looking for an enthusiastic CHS Analyst, Transient Sales, to support Transient Specialists and participating hotels across the business-travel portfolio. In this role, you will help execute transient sales strategies by preparing RFP submissions, loading and distributing transient rates, coordinating distribution ticket requests, creating monthly performance decks, preparing hotel onboarding materials, and completing other strategic administrative activities.

You will work across multiple hotels, managers, and Hyatt-approved systems, including Envision, Reserve, Opera, Cvent Transient, ThoughtSpot, and A360. You will join an integrated CHS Performance Hub team that supports both Central Sales Management and Central Revenue Management, with opportunities to cross-train in Group Sales and defined revenue-management activities as business needs evolve. The Role

The CHS Analyst is a member of the CHS Performance Hub and primarily supports Central Sales Management (CSM) leaders and participating hotels through accurate and timely administration of the group sales lifecycle.

• Support a portfolio of hotels with transient sales execution under direction of Transient Specialists.
• Prepare, and distribute hotel performance reporting using Envision, Cvent, TravelClick, ThoughtSpot, and Tableau to support business decision-making.
• Prepare Onboarding documents by researching hotels
• Execute transient rate loading and ensure proper distribution of transient rates
• Complete monthly PowerPoint templated decks with key reporting metrics
• Cross-train in CSM Group Travel support, including post contract group detailing support and defined CRM support activities based on business needs and demonstrated proficiency.

Qualifications

Experience Required:

• Minimum one year of experience in hotel sales, business travel, revenue management, reservations, hotel operations, sales administration, or a related analytical role.
• Ability to work with data and maintain accuracy across multiple systems.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple requests while meeting established deadlines.
• Must have a productive and professional home office workspace.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint and be capable of creating documents, working charts, and spreadsheets

Experience Preferred:

• Experience supporting RFPs, rate loading, account management, hotel reporting, or sales operations preferred
• Experience with Opera, Reserve, Cvent, or similar hotel systems preferred.

The hourly rate range for this position is $33.50/hour-$36.00/hour.

The final pay rate offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
