Your Role

As a Central Office Technician, you'll help assemble, install, and maintain critical telecommunications infrastructure in Central Office environments.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assemble, install, and maintain equipment racks, bays, and power systems

• Complete detailed equipment builds, wiring, and cable terminations

• Install and organize telecommunications equipment according to project specifications

• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation documentation

• Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper operation

• Work alongside Lead Technicians, Foremen, and Project Managers to complete projects safely, accurately, and on schedule

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Central Office Technician with strong assembly skills

• Experience with equipment rack installation, wiring, cabling, and system builds

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Team-oriented with a safety-first mindset

• Reliable transportation and a professional attitude
