    About the Opportunity

    What You'll Do

    As a Central Office Technician, you'll assemble, install, and support critical telecommunications equipment in Central Office environments.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Assemble and install equipment racks, bays, cabinets, and support structures

    • Install power distribution systems, grounding, wiring, and cable management

    • Complete detailed equipment assembly, wiring, and cable terminations

    • Install and organize telecommunications equipment according to engineering specifications

    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation

    • Test equipment and troubleshoot installation issues

    • Work alongside Lead Technicians, Foremen, Superintendents, and Project Managers to complete projects safely, accurately, and on schedule

    • Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas

    What We're Looking For

    • Experience as a Central Office Technician with equipment assembly experience

    • Knowledge of equipment rack installation, telecommunications infrastructure, wiring, and cable management

    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

    • Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail

    • Team-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety

    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

    • Professional attitude and a desire to grow into Lead Technician or other leadership roles
