Central Operation Intern (HR Operation) - 2026 Summer (BS/MS)

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR operations across:
• Timekeeping and upstream payroll-related processes
• Time off and leave management
• Employment compliance processes (ex: I-9 workflows)
• Employee helpdesk support
• Deliver high-quality operations with strong attention to accuracy, timeliness, and employee experience
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; proactively propose and implement improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with other stakeholders to support operational excellence
• Drive and support automation, and AI-driven initiatives, including:
• Process optimization and workflow redesign
• Exploration and application of AI tools in daily operations
• Contribution to internal AI pilots and scalable solutions
• Analyze operational data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making
• Build and maintain clear documentation to enable standardization and scalability Minimum Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Operations, Data, or related fields
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to continuously learn
• High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
