As ATM Central Processing Specialist:

• Board and process all ATM related claims.
• Maintain a working knowledge of Visa and Star's claim regulations, Federal Regulation E and Z, and the Bank's policies and procedures resolving disputed transactions.
• Make outbound phone calls to customers in order to verify ATM transactions.
• Independently provide technical and analytical support to various departments and branches.
• Performs ATM settlement and research.
• Participates in other special projects and performs other job-related duties.

Requirements

Must be detail oriented to ensure all facts have been discovered and effects of recommendations have been identified. Must maintain confidentiality of data and individuals opening claims.

Two-to-three years' progressive experience in banking operations desired. Must possess strong PC and math skills with a working knowledge of TS, Excel and Word software. Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills are required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Sitting for extended periods of time while using computer
• Frequent hand, wrist, and finger movements for tasks such as keyboarding, data entry, and mouse use
• Continuous close visual work is required for tasks such as data analysis, computer use, and reading
• Frequent communication in-person and via phone, talking and hearing for such interactions
• Occasional movement within the office is necessary to access files or office machinery
• Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 20 lbs)
• Occasional stooping and reaching
• Occasional standing and walking

MENTAL DEMANDS

• Continuously prioritizing multiple demands and meet deadlines while maintaining high level of compliance
• Continuously applying analytical skills
• Ability to make sound decision and determine when to escalate issues to leadership

• Work in a climate-controlled building
• Office environment typically has a moderate noise level
• Work area has standard office ventilation and air quality
