Generally, the hiring range is $41,711-$52,139 annually. Qualifications, education and experience as it relates to the position will be taken into consideration when determining hiring salary.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (The following examples are illustrative only and are not intended to be all inclusive.)
- Processes discovery; collaborates with attorneys and support staff on discovery matters; tracks discovery related requests, copies /scans and organizes electronic discovery files to ensure that files are complete. Uploads discovery and CCJRA/CORA materials to counsel as well as preparing and tracking large capacity data storage devices when necessary.
- Maintains, organizes and tracks the location of current physical files and archived files. Archives, scans, and destroys files per retention policies. Redaction of electronic documents, discovery, and media for Pro Se and CCJRA/CORA requests.
- Daily operation of printer, scanner, and PC to view scanned or electronically received documents for image quality and/or to print or duplicate media for discovery on case files as requested. May operate a multifunction device to copy, scan, and/or fax documents; ensures that machine is clean, functioning, and adequately stocked with paper.
- May assist in processing and distribution of incoming mail to appropriate personnel/units; prepares outgoing mail for transport to mailing facility. May assist in ordering, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Acts as primary back-up to the reception desk; may occasionally make copies of documents for the staff and public, screens incoming persons and telephone calls and determines if they need to be referred to a particular department and/or individual. Assist with transporting supplies and records to court.
