Weekly Working Hours: 40

As a Central Services Clerk for the Central Collections department, duties include the following:

• Responsible for accurately processing document collections through automated functions, process recovery of fraud checks, process Bill of Ladings, processing of foreign checks/foreign currencies, reactivating Inactive/Dormant accounts, process Bonds and maintain daily reports.
• Provide quality customer service for departments and customers including resolving issues and processing problems.
• Provide analysis of monthly statistical reports.

Requirements

Candidate must be detailed oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must have working knowledge of database and MS Office applications. Other duties as assigned.
