Clarke University is seeking a Central Services Coordinator. This position works with centralized services supporting enrollment, financial operations and campus operations. Experience in higher education administrative operations preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and training skills along with high ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive situations. This is a full time position and will report to the Director of Central Services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure and drive efficiency, consistency, and accuracy in campus administrative functions
  • Manage accounts payable processing
  • Manage institutional p-card processing
  • Manage vendor coordination
  • Oversee intercollegiate athletics National Letter of Intent (LOI) processing, ensuring compliance with NAIA and institutional requirements
  • Manage general supplies ordering and centralized purchasing coordination
  • Develop, document, and standardize administrative procedures across assigned areas
  • Maintain data accuracy, reporting, and compliance related to assigned functions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and service enhancement
