What Youll Do
Lead and supervise sterile processing staff, ensuring efficient daily operations in accordance with hospital standards
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support OR and patient care activities
Oversee proper handling, reporting, and documentation of supplies and sterilized equipment
Train and develop team members to ensure quality performance and operational excellence
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, as well as accreditation standards
Adapt communication and procedures to meet the needs of a diverse patient population
Perform other related duties as assigned, maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and operational efficiency
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Preferred certifications: CRCST, CSPDT, or CST
Minimum 3 years of experience in sterile processing or surgical tech roles, with leadership/ supervisory experience
Strong computer skills and effective communication abilities
Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds periodically
Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential travel between facilities
