Central Utility Operator (Night Shift 2)

onsemi is seeking a reliable and motivated Central Utility Plant (CUP) Operator to support our site, Hopewell Junction, the safe and efficient operation of our facility's utility systems. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their career in facilities operations while working a compressed work week on the night shift.

The operator will assist in monitoring and operating critical infrastructure, including boilers, chillers, HVAC systems, and associated equipment.

Night 2: 6:30 PM-7:00 AM Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, e/o Saturday, extra 15% night shift differential

Sign on bonus: $5,000

Sign-On Bonus: Subject to your commencing employment with us, you will also be eligible to receive a sign on award in the gross amount of $5,000, which will be paid in 4 quarterly payments of $1,250 each (subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions). The first payment is payable within the first (30) days of you joining onsemi and quarterly thereafter for 3 additional payments. You must be an active employee with onsemi to receive these sign on awards. In addition, if your employment is terminated with onsemi for any reason, the sign on award(s) received as of the date of your termination do not need to be repaid to onsemi
