Essential Duties and Responsibilities
FLSA Status: Full Time (Non-Exempt), Hourly Reports to: Centralized Parts Coordinator or Regional Manager Starting Wage: $19-21 based on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-5pm The essential functions for Centralized Parts Assistant include, but are not limited to the following for all company locations: - Maintain the Centralized parts inbox with accuracy and consistency with the pre-approved process in place to promote accurate communication with the Coordinator.
- Export estimates to get the parts sourcing started with the appropriate programs
- Communicate with the shops on the status of the parts sourcing
- Prioritize incoming purchase order emails along with scheduled work for every shop
- Maintain accurate documentation within estimating and management systems
- Collaborate with estimators, managers, and support staff to promote consistency and profitability
- Learn and apply the decision-making process for parts choices with Coordinator
- Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Experience in a collision facility related to parts receiving and organizing
- Process driven individual that values being predictable with action
- Familiarity with collision repair estimating platforms (CCC, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar) of 2+ years
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly & professionally
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team-based environment
- Clean and Valid Driver’s License (insurability through Company required)
