Centrifuge Field Service Engineer/Technician – Washington, DC Region (On-Site)

We are looking for a Centrifuge Field Service Engineer/Technician to support the Washington, DC region. This is a hands-on, client-facing role working directly with laboratory equipment in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repair, preventative maintenance, and calibration on centrifuge systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site at customer labs
- Provide technical support and guidance on proper system use and maintenance
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent service delivery
- Manage service schedules and travel to client sites as needed (75% regional travel)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience working with laboratory equipment (centrifuges preferred)
- Strong mechanical and/or electromechanical troubleshooting skills
- Field service experience with the ability to work independently
- Proven problem-solving ability and technical aptitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on experience
Compensation:
- $100,000 – $110,000 base salary (depending on experience)
