Compensation: $110,000 Base Salary + Performance Compensation
On-Target Earnings: $182,000+

Our clients are solo and boutique law firm owners (typically under $500K revenue) who are excellent attorneys—but overwhelmed as business operators.
They don't need more advice.
They need an experienced operator to help them build and run a real business behind the practice.
As a CEO Advisor, you serve as the executive partner helping owners think and operate like CEOs while building scalable, accountable businesses.
What You'll Do
You will partner directly with law firm owners to:
- Build and execute business growth strategies
- Improve operations, systems, and accountability
- Strengthen cash flow, profitability, and financial performance
- Support hiring, structure, and leadership development
- Coach owners through key business decisions
- Help firms transition from owner-dependent to scalable operations
This is hands-on executive leadership across multiple businesses—not traditional consulting.
Who This Role Is For
This role is designed exclusively for experienced business operators.
You must have direct experience working with P&Ls ranging from $500K to $50M in revenue.
You have likely:
- Owned or operated a business
- Held full P&L responsibility or direct financial accountability
- Built teams, systems, and organizational structure
- Improved profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency
- Coached or influenced business owners or senior leaders
Typical backgrounds include:
CEO, COO, President, General Manager, Founder, Owner, Operations Director, or EOS Integrator.

Compensation
- $110,000 Base Salary
- Performance-Based Compensation

This role is NOT a fit if:
- Your background is primarily sales, business development, or account management
- You do not have experience with $500K–$50M P&L responsibility
- You prefer large corporate environments with heavy structure and support layers
- You avoid direct or difficult conversations with business owners
- You want a traditional internal executive role managing employees day-to-day
- You do not have real operating experience running or scaling a business
