Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector.
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in the IDD sector
• Strong understanding of home healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
• Passion for improving the lives of patients and their families.
• Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team towards common goals.
