About the Role:
Royal Homecare & Community Ser is seeking a visionary and driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our mission-driven organization in Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities:

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for the organization's operations, growth, and mission
• Oversee day-to-day business operations across homecare and community service programs
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, funders, and regulatory agencies
• Drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal accountability
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership and management teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards
• Champion quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care and community impact
• Represent the organization publicly and serve as the primary spokesperson and brand ambassador

Requirements:

• Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in homecare, healthcare, or community services
• Strong background in business development, strategic planning, and organizational growth
• Experience managing budgets, P&L, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and Medicaid/Medicare programs
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree with 4 years experince required; Master's degree with 2 years experience in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and foster an inclusive, mission-driven culture
